End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Garanty Studios (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), governing the use of our software, services, and related assets provided by us. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our software or services, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use our software or services.

1. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our software (“Software”) on compatible devices (PC or Mobile) solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions:

• You may not copy, distribute, or sell the Software or its components.

• You may not use our assets (graphics, sounds, code, etc.) for your own projects or profit.

• Modifications of the Software for personal use are allowed. However, you may not distribute modified versions.

• Creation of content such as YouTube videos, fan art, and similar derivative works is allowed, as long as it does not infringe on this EULA.

2. OWNERSHIP

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all third-party assets used, remain with their respective owners.

• Third-party assets used in our Software are under their respective licenses.

• If you are an owner of any content used in the Software and believe it is used without proper authorization, please contact our support immediately.

3. UPDATES AND CHANGES

• We may provide updates, patches, or improvements to the Software automatically or upon request.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Software, online services, or features at any time without notice.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

• Any damage caused by bugs, errors, or interruptions in the Software.

• Loss of data, including saved game progress.

• Compatibility issues with specific hardware or software setups.

5. TERMINATION

This license is valid until terminated. The license may be terminated if:

• You violate the terms of this EULA.

• The Software or services are discontinued.

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

6. ONLINE SERVICES

Our Software may include online features that depend on our servers. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these services at any time.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA is governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, using, or logging into any Garanty Studios Software or service, you agree to the terms of this EULA.
